Pods

Like our tiny homes, CORCAN pods offer a lot of usable space in a small footprint but with a few key differences. Unlike our tiny homes, CORCAN pods do not come equipped with plumbing. As such, there are some distinct benefits and use cases for these pods. The most important distinction is that pods rarely require building permits to construct. This simplifies the process of acquiring and building on your existing property. Pods have been used for a wide variety of applications such as overflow work spaces, classrooms, studios, and private sanctuaries.

Whether you already have your own design or require assistance creating one, it is our goal to build your CORCAN pod to the highest quality standard. We also have a helpful list of standard options that can help get you started envisioning your new CORCAN pod.
