Tiny Homes

CORCAN tiny homes are residential structures, typically under 400 square feet that come complete with electrical, insulation and plumbing. CORCAN tiny homes are manufactured to be placed onto a slab or foundation. This build approach means that we have more flexibility in the design, shape and construction of the home versus the constraints faced when building on a chassis (trailer). We can also build onto a semi-permanent foundation such as a skid, should you want the option to move your home at a later date.

Whether you already have your own design or require assistance creating one, it is our goal to build your tiny home to the highest quality standard. We also have a helpful list of standard options that can help get you get started envisioning your new tiny home.
